Description

We are seeking reliable and motivated General Warehouse Associates to join our team in West Chester, OH. This role involves picking, packing, and handling products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to meet performance and attendance expectations.

Schedule & Pay

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | $17.50/hour
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | $18.00/hour
Must be available to work weekends as business needs require.

Key Responsibilities

Pick and pack orders using RF scanning equipment
Accurately prepare shipments for delivery
Use packing materials and equipment (including tape guns) efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety and operational procedures
Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy KPIs

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
Ability to walk, bend, and use steps throughout the shift
Ability to remain in a stationary position while completing tasks
Ability to lift and move materials as needed
Work in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment

Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
Experience with RF scanners is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
Strong reliability and attendance record is essential

Additional Requirements

Attendance is a critical component of this role
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
