Job Opening: Production Technician

PLX is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Production Technician/Laborer to support manufacturing and fabrication operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role requires hands-on experience with spray painting, as well as the ability to assist with welding, material handling, and general shop duties.

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 4:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Friday: Optional overtime (flexible)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate spray guns to apply coatings to surfaces, parts, and equipment (required experience)
• Perform basic welding tasks and assist with fabrication projects (welding preferred; fabrication a plus)
• Transport materials throughout the facility and support general production operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards
• Follow all safety protocols while ensuring high-quality workmanship

Physical Requirements
