Position Summary

The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring proper stock management, and supporting warehouse operations. This role plays a critical part in optimizing inventory accuracy, minimizing discrepancies, and supporting efficient distribution of Johnson Health Technology’s fitness equipment and parts.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS/ERP)Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy

Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system records

Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities as needed.

Assist with receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping processes to ensure inventory integrity

Track damaged, returned, or obsolete inventory and ensure proper disposition

Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and logistics teams to improve processes

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and inventory procedures

Generate inventory reports and analyze trends for management review

Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory control and warehouse efficiency
