Job Opening: Inventory Control Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Associate (2nd Shift) to join our warehouse team in West Chester, OH. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records
• Restock inventory as needed to ensure optimal levels
• Use warehouse management software to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Verify, inspect, and document all inventory items accurately
• Support and follow all safety guidelines and best practices
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Willingness to work overtime during weekdays and occasional weekends
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or inventory control experience

Work Requirements

• Steel-toed or safety shoes required

Schedule

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Overtime may be required based on business needs
