We are seeking a motivated and experienced 3rd Shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations within our fast-paced logistics environment.

3rd shift: 10:00pm – 6:30am Sunday – Thursday

Located in Shepherdsville, KY

Description

• Lead and supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and outbound shipping
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates to meet productivity and quality goals
• Ensure accurate inventory control through cycle counts, audits, and system updates
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and labor efficiency
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies
• Coordinate with transportation, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure on-time delivery
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements
• Oversee proper handling and maintenance of warehouse equipment
• Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies quickly and effectively

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, including prior supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience
• Forklift certification
