CUSTOMER SERVICE REP NEEDED IN ELIZABETH, NJ
Shift: Monday-Friday
8am – 4:30pm
Pay Rate: $22
Essential Functions:
- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service to all callers
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries received through email
- Make outgoing calls to follow-up on shipment status, resolve issues and update customers
- Track, trace, enter and update shipments
- Data Entry
- Assist and support MGF stations and cartage agents
- Communicating freight status and any problems to customers, vendors and other Pilot stations and personnel
computer savvy and has great oral and written communication skills
