?? Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-minded Cherry Picker Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will operate a cherry picker (order picker forklift) to retrieve and stock inventory at varying heights, ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment.

? Key Responsibilities

• Operate cherry picker/order picker equipment to pick, stage, and stock products
• Safely work at heights (up to [X] feet) using proper fall protection equipment
• Accurately pull orders using RF scanners or pick lists
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies
• Load/unload materials and assist with general warehouse duties
• Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs

• Previous experience operating a cherry picker, order picker, or stand-up forklift required/preferred
• Equipment certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Comfortable working at heights
• Ability to lift up to [40–50 lbs] consistently
• Basic computer/RF scanner skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
