OBJECTIVE

• Reporting to the Production Manager
• Raw Product, the Grader is responsible for ensuring quality product is being packaged as per designated quality specifications.
• Report deficiencies to Production Manager, Raw Product or Food Safety & Quality Technician.
• Adhere to all food safety and health & safety regulations/policies while following company’s SOP’s Other duties as assigned by the Production Manager, Raw Product

 QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: High School diploma
• Attention to detail and ability to work within a fast-paced environment 
• Manual and good hand-eye coordination 
• Ability to stand for long periods of time is required 
• A high degree of flexibility and willingness to work overtime as required, including evenings and weekends
