Description
Finance & Procurement
- Process and track payables and purchase orders in alignment with company policies, transferring e-bills, reviewing outstanding payables, and
- tracking disputes
- Liaise with vendors and finance teams to ensure timely payments and accurate documentation.
- Maintain records of office expenditures and assist with budget planning.
Office Supplies & Equipment
- Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies and consumables.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and service schedules for office machinery and facility systems.
- Ensure workspaces are functional, clean, and well-stocked.
Employee Engagement & Support
- Front desk and face of the building
- Organize office lunches, team-building activities, and wellness events.
- Support HR-related responsibilities, including onboarding logistics, policy communication, and employee inquiries.
