Warehouse Associate – Freezer Order Picker

Location: Kent, WA

Pay: $18/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate / Order Picker to work inside a freezer environment selecting ice cream products for customer orders. This role requires someone who can work efficiently in cold conditions, stay organized, and maintain strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking — Accurately pick ice cream products based on order sheets.
• Freezer Work — Operate safely in a cold-storage environment
• Pallet Building — Stack and organize picked items for shipment
• Inventory Handling — Track product quantities and report shortages
• Equipment Use — Use pallet jacks or other warehouse tools (training provided)
• Quality & Accuracy — Ensure correct items, counts, and labeling

Requirements

• Ability to work in freezer temperatures (PPE provided)
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order selection
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs as needed
• Reliable attendance for a Monday–Friday schedule
• Comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse
• Previous warehouse or order-picking experience is a plus but not required
