Sauna Assembler & Warehouse Associate

Location: Bloomington, MN

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Wage Range: $20–$22 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Sauna Assembler/Technician who will also support general warehouse operations. This role is responsible for assembling sauna units according to specifications and assisting with daily warehouse tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assemble sauna products according to engineering drawings, routings, and blueprints
Understand basic setup, takedown, installation, and operation of sauna units
Measure and adjust components to precise specifications
Clean, assemble, disassemble, and replace parts as needed
Install conduit, wiring, cabinets, terminal connections, brackets, lights, and motors
Perform system testing and verify functional performance
Use hand and power tools (drills, ohm meters, grinders, etc.)
Meet daily productivity goals
Perform warehouse duties as needed
Receive, organize, and store inventory
Pick and prepare orders for shipment
Wear required Personal Protective Equipment
Maintain cleanliness and safety in all work areas

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic understanding of assembly and production processes
Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Effective teamwork and communication skills
Comfortable using warehouse tools and equipment
Ability to meet productivity targets and work under pressure

Education and Experience

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience (6–12 months)
Previous experience in sauna or similar equipment assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse environments preferred
