Job Opening: Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator – RJO

We are seeking hardworking Warehouse Workers to support operations for a company serving the retail and food-service industry, offering products such as ready-to-eat greens, pasta salads, dips, quiches, veggie trays, and fruit trays. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a full range of warehouse duties in a cold-controlled environment.

·        Schedule: 7:00 AM start time

·        Days Off: Sunday & Wednesday

Key Responsibilities

• General Warehouse Duties — Support daily operations across multiple warehouse functions
• Picking & Scanning — Accurately pick, scan, and stage products
• Cold Environment Work — Perform tasks in a temperature-controlled facility
• Forklift Support — Operate a standing forklift (preferred)
• Safety Compliance — Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean work area
• Communication — Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Job Requirements

• Ability to work in a cold environment
• Standing forklift experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• Picking and scanning experience
• Minimum of one year of warehouse experience
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read and write in English
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
