Job Title: Operations Lead

Pay Rate: $23.50-$26.75

Location: Lockbourne, OH

Shifts Available: (all shifts must be available to train on 8am-4pm)

• 2^nd Shift 1PM-9:30PM Mon-Fri
• 3rd shift 9PM-5:30AM Mon-Fri
• Weekend Shift 5PM-5:30AM Friday- Sun

 We’re seeking an Operations Lead to manage daily logistics operations, drive efficiency, and lead a high-performing team. This role ensures timely deliveries, cost control, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations (transportation, warehousing, distribution)
• Lead, coach, and develop team members
• Track KPIs (on-time delivery, accuracy, cost)
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance
• Manage schedules, staffing, and workflows
• Resolve operational issues and escalate as needed

Qualifications

• 1 year in logistics or operations
• Leadership experience in fast-paced environments
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with WMS/TMS systems
• Excellent communication and organization
