Job Opening: Machine Operator – RJO

We are seeking dependable Machine Operators to support production for a company serving the retail and food-service industry, offering items such as ready-to-eat greens, pasta salads, dips, quiches, veggie trays, and fruit trays. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a cold-controlled environment, and comfort operating machinery and performing general warehouse tasks.

Shifts Available:

• 6:00 AM start time — Sunday & Wednesday off
• 7:15 AM start time — Sunday & Wednesday off

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Inspect products for accuracy, consistency, and defects
• Assist with setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
• Cold Environment Work — Perform duties in a temperature-controlled facility
• Accurately pick, scan, and stage materials as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Job Requirements

• Ability to work in a cold-controlled environment
• Minimum of one year of warehouse or production experience
• Experience operating machinery or equipment preferred
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read and write in English
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow safety procedures
• Flexible to work additional hours as needed.
