 Pay and Schedule

• Pay: $24/hr
• Location: Aurora, CO
• Schedule: Monday–Friday 7am-3:30pm

Responsibilities

• Operate various types of material handling equipment including sit-down forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, electric pallet jacks, order pickers, and turret trucks
• Safely load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials within the warehouse
• Accurately pick orders and prepare shipments according to work orders or customer requirements
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning, labeling, and documentation
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Organize and maintain a clean, orderly, and efficient work environment
• Work independently to complete assigned tasks while meeting productivity and quality standards

Requirements

• Proven experience operating sit-down forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, electric pallet jacks, order pickers, and turret trucks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, safety practices, and equipment handling
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials (often up to 50 lbs or more)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
