Pay: $14/hr+

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and motivated Picker/Packers to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately using pick lists, RF scanners, or voice-picking systems.
• Pack items securely according to company standards.
• Verify product quantities and inspect items for quality.
• Label packages and prepare shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
