About the Role

This position supports daily general warehouse operations, including machine operation, packaging, and loading/unloading materials. Ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and being part of a fast-moving production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation — Operate basic production or packaging machinery following safety and quality guidelines.
• Packaging Work — Prepare, label, and package finished products for shipment.
• Loading & Unloading — Move materials on and off trucks or pallets using manual or powered equipment.
• General Warehouse Duties — Maintain a clean workspace, follow production schedules, and assist team members as needed.
• Quality Checks — Inspect products for defects and ensure standards are met.
• Inventory Handling — Count, track, and organize materials or finished goods.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout the shift
• Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn machine operation
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
