Job Opening: SMT Operator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Operator to join our Carson City manufacturing team. This role is essential to producing high-quality electronic assemblies and requires someone who is safety-minded, focused, and eager to learn. Training is provided, but strong engagement and pride in your work are key.

What This Job Involves

• Becoming aware of potential workplace hazards such as broken or malfunctioning machines and strive to ensure safety of self and others by reporting any hazards immediately.

• Operate SMT machines, which include machine adjustments and ability to perform 1-3 tasks from feeder setup thru SMT machine operation with direct supervision

• All operators are responsible to ensure highest product quality and products manufactured per MPI or Instructions for SMT

• Work in conjunction with Stockroom, Engineering, Programming, and Quality to ensure SMT produces assemblies with utmost quality
