Hiring: General Labor Associate
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am to completion
Pay: $17/hr
Position Summary
The Shipping Associate is responsible for accurately preparing, packing, and shipping outbound orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and a safe, organized warehouse environment. This role supports daily shipping operations and ensures compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Verify counts, labels, and shipping documents (DO/BOL)
- Load and unload trucks and coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, LTL, freight)
- Maintain accurate shipping records and inventory locations
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Keep warehouse work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Communicate shipment issues or delays to supervisors

Basic Qualifications
- Willing to work a flexible shift
- Willing and able to stand at least 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center
- At least 6 months of experience with RF (radio frequency) scanning
- At least 6 months of experience entering and retrieving inventory data
