Hiring: General Labor Associate

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am to completion

Pay: $17/hr

Position Summary

The Shipping Associate is responsible for accurately preparing, packing, and shipping outbound orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and a safe, organized warehouse environment. This role supports daily shipping operations and ensures compliance with company policies and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
Verify counts, labels, and shipping documents (DO/BOL)
Load and unload trucks and coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, LTL, freight)
Maintain accurate shipping records and inventory locations
Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Keep warehouse work areas clean, safe, and organized
Communicate shipment issues or delays to supervisors

Basic Qualifications

Willing to work a flexible shift

Preferred Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center
At least 6 months of experience with RF (radio frequency) scanning
At least 6 months of experience entering and retrieving inventory data
