Hiring Material Handler/Warehouse Associates
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – completion , Pay rate:: $17/hr
Position Overview
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Material Handlers / Warehouse Associates to join our team. This role involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a focus on efficiency, safety, and teamwork. Candidates must be comfortable with heavy lifting and working in a warm environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs regularly)
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Utilize RF scanners and inventory systems
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting to meet production goals

Basic Qualifications
- Warehouse experience required
- Willing to work a flexible shift
- Able to stand for at least 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to push, pull, grasp, and lift with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of warehouse or distribution experience
- Minimum 6 months experience operating motorized material handling equipment
- Minimum 6 months experience using RF scanning devices
- Experience with inventory systems and data entry
