Production Support Associate (Packaging) – All Shifts Available

What You'll Do

• Inspect products before packaging to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Package finished products according to company specifications.
• Place packaged products into boxes and prepare them for shipment.
• Stack boxes onto pallets following proper palletizing procedures.
• Safely operate sealing equipment and use utility knives when needed.
• Follow product specifications, packaging guidelines, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Identify and report product defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Follow all Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, and Food Defense procedures.
• Assist with additional production and packaging duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or food production experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
