Production Technician Associate
Day Shift | $19.50 per Hour

We are seeking a Production Technician Associate to support daily data center logistics operations, including receiving equipment, moving materials, staging inventory, and preparing shipments. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork while learning data center logistics processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, move, stage, and prepare equipment and materials for shipment
• Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, following all safety guidelines
• Follow established procedures and work instructions to complete assigned tasks
• Accurately record inventory movements and transactions
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies or operational issues
• Learn and apply data center logistics processes, tools, and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant warehouse, logistics, production, or manufacturing experience
• Strong technical aptitude and assembly skills
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and job orders

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years of warehouse experience with a proven record of performance
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Walk, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel throughout the shift
• Reach overhead as needed
• Work outdoors occasionally
• Ability to maintain close vision, depth perception, and focus
