Job Title: Lumper / Warehouse Associate Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Lumper / Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for loading, unloading, sorting, and moving products efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Key Responsibilities: Load and unload freight, containers, and trucks manually or with warehouse equipment. Sort, palletize, label, and organize products accurately. Assist with receiving, shipping, and inventory control processes. Move materials throughout the warehouse as directed. Verify shipment contents and report discrepancies or damages. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas. Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines. Assist team members with daily warehouse operations and special projects. Meet productivity goals while maintaining quality standards. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: Previous warehouse or lumper experience preferred but not required. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods. Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills. Commitment to workplace safety and attendance.
