Production Associate (Temp-to-Hire) – Multiple Openings

Location: Tukwila Area
Pay: $21.50–$22.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Overtime Available
Positions Available: 15 Immediate Openings

We are currently seeking Production Associates to join our manufacturing team on a temp-to-hire basis. We have openings across multiple departments and shifts and are looking for dependable individuals who want a long-term career opportunity.

Schedule

• Day Shift: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Swing Shift: 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM

This is a 4-day/10-hour schedule, however, frequent overtime is currently available, including many Fridays and occasional Saturdays. Candidates must be willing and able to work overtime as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble, move, package, and process windows and doors.
• Work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Read and verify measurements accurately.
• Follow quality and safety standards.
• Use proper lifting techniques and work collaboratively with team members.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move 70+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely handle large, heavy windows and doors, including triple-pane products.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and measurements to 1/16-inch accuracy.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and commitment to long-term employment.
• Ability to work required overtime
• Steel toed boots.

Training

No direct window manufacturing experience is required. Training will be provided for motivated candidates with the right attitude and work ethic.
