ProLogistix is now hiring for Assembly Associates for a leading manufacturing client in Spartanburg, SC!

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team assembling front & rear axles for BMW.

Position Details

• Job Title: Assembly Associate
• Location: Spartanburg, SC
• Industry: Manufacturing/Assembly
• Shifts Available:
  • 1st Shift 7a-5:30p Must be able to work 12’s depending on the business need.
  • 3rd Shift 7p – 5:30a Must be able to work 12’s depending on the business need. 
• Pay Rate: $19.00-$19.50 per hour

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble components and parts on the production lines.
• Use hand tools and basic assembly equipment.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Inspect parts and completed work for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift.
• Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout the workday.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Must be able to follow dress code – ESD steel toe shoes will be required for this position.
