We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Maintenance Worker/Groundskeeper to help maintain commercial and residential properties.

Maintenance Job Responsibilities:

• Mow lawns and maintain landscaped areas
• Edge, trim, and weed eat around properties
• Remove brush, leaves, and yard debris
• Perform general property maintenance and cleanup
• Ensure commercial and residential properties are neat, clean, and presentable
• Follow safety procedures while operating lawn care equipment and tools

Maintenance Job Requirements:

• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods
• Experience operating lawn maintenance equipment preferred
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Must have valid TX DL.
