Position Details

• Shift: 2nd Shift
• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities

• Operate blending equipment to mix raw materials according to production specifications
• Measure and weigh materials accurately
• Monitor blending processes to ensure product quality and consistency
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and production formulas
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

1 year of experience, Associate Degree or Comparable work experience, Large scale blending, mixing and batching, Bilingual is a plus
