We are seeking motivated Server Assembly Technicians to join our fast-paced production environment in North Las Vegas. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in assembling and preparing high-quality server racks and components that support innovative technology solutions around the world.

What You’ll Do

• Open, unpack, and organize chassis and components for server assembly
• Assemble computer hardware and server components on a progressive production line
• Utilize small hand tools to install screws, brackets, labels, and other components
• Assemble handles, install switches, and apply required product labels
• Identify and label cables according to rack specifications using a cable labeling machine
• Package completed server racks and finished products for shipment
• Assist with material recycling and maintaining a clean work area as needed
• Follow quality standards and safety procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working on ladders when necessary
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to follow written instructions and assembly processes
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
