Scheduled Monday to Friday from 8am
Position Summary
The Front Desk / Administrative Assistant plays a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience. This individual will manage front office responsibilities, assist customers with inquiries, support the sales team, and perform administrative duties to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers, visitors, and vendors professionally.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, estimates, and installation schedules.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized office environment.
Administrative Duties
- Schedule appointments, consultations, and meetings.
- Manage customer records and update company databases.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, invoices, and other documents.
- File paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with data entry and office reporting.
Sales Support
- Follow up with leads and potential customers.
- Assist customers in selecting fencing products and services.
- Coordinate with estimators and installation teams.
- Support sales efforts by maintaining customer relationships and identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Track leads and sales activities within company systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Previous sales, front desk, administrative, or office support experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Preferred Skills
- Sales and customer relationship management experience.
- Construction, home improvement, or fencing industry experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining professionalism.
