Job Opening: Bilingual Recruiter

ProLogistix is hiring bilingual seasonal and full time Staffing Recruiters in Harrisburg/Mechanicsburg

Monday – Friday || 8am to 5pm || Additional hours as needed

$45,000 to $52,000 – Depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Interview candidates to client requests
• Conduct background and drug screenings
• Complete I9 verifications
• Answer inbound calls from applicants
• Make outgoing calls to applicants from job postings

Requirements

• Must be bilingual in English/Spanish
• Previous recruiting experience preferred
• Must be flexible in schedule to work additional hours as needed in peak season (including after 5pm and weekends)
• Must be okay to travel between Harrisburg and Mechanicsburg branches as needed
