Job Opening: Forklift Operator

Forklift Operator – $18.50/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm Location: Henderson, CO Pay: $18.50/hr

We are currently hiring a Sit-Down Forklift Operator for a full-time, first-shift position. This role supports daily warehouse operations, material movement, and production flow. Overtime may be available based on workload.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklifts to move pallets, lumber, and materials throughout the warehouse and yard.

• Load and unload trailers while ensuring proper stacking, pallet alignment, and load stability.

• Supply production lines with pallets and retrieve finished pallets for staging or shipment.

• Transport damaged pallets to repair stations and move completed pallets to designated storage areas.

• Maintain accurate counts of pallets moved, staged, or loaded according to company tracking procedures.

• Perform daily forklift inspections (fluids, tires, forks, safety features) and report any mechanical issues.

• Follow all safety protocols, including speed limits, PPE requirements, and equipment operation guidelines.

• Previous sit-down forklift experience preferred.
