Warehouse Associate – 1st Shift

Location: Lebanon, TN
Pay: $15.94 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift (Day Shift)

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our growing 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) operation supporting leading communications and technology companies. This role is responsible for handling equipment and materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining high productivity and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain satisfactory quality performance levels and follow all work instructions.
• Package, unpackage, sort, stage, and prepare units for production and processing.
• Perform data entry using a computer.
• Work in a high-speed, high-volume warehouse environment.
• Meet or exceed daily production goals of 80% or higher.
• Put away, locate, and pull equipment and/or parts as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the shift.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly and more with assistance when required.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions including reaching, bending, and lifting.
