Job Opening: Seasonal Recruiter

It’s that time of year!

ProLogistix office on National Turnpike is seeking a Seasonal Recruiter to join our team!

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (these hours could change, based on needs) OT possible for job fairs during the week and weekends as needed.

Pay: $24.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience

Duration: Seasonal assignment, typically lasts through end of December

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with on-boarding process during job fairs or when it’s busy (This is a team effort)
• Matching associates up to the right job, using our thorough screening processes.
• Recruiting through Indeed, social media, data base, etc. to fill jobs timely
• Ability to do check-ins as needed (could be as early as 6am) so reliable transportation is a must!

• Ability to stay calm and organized in a, what can be, stressful environment
• Face-to-face customer service experience
• Someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and shows a sense of urgency
• Someone who has a great work ethic and an outstanding attendance record

Requirements:

Able to multitask

Previous experience working in a high volume, high stress environment

Face to face customer service experience

Bilingual: Fluent English & Spanish preferred

Staffing experience is a PLUS

Excellent attendance history
