Job Opening: Operational Data Entry and Accounting Support Analyst
Description
- Process customer orders and enter operational data accurately into company systems.
- Support customer service inquiries related to shipments, documentation, and billing.
- Prepare and process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
- Create and send customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Obtain vendor costs and ensure charges are entered correctly.
- Review, reconcile, and process import, export, trucking, and warehouse operation files.
- Identify missing documentation, billing discrepancies, and data mismatches; coordinate resolutions promptly.
- Communicate with carriers, truckers, shipping agents, customers, vendors, warehouse personnel, and freight operations teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Create warehouse barcode labels and follow up with warehouse teams to ensure proper labeling.
- Review all documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company procedures.
- Maintain organized electronic filing systems and records.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, customer service, billing, or administrative support.
- Experience with AP/AR processes and invoicing.
- Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
