Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join their production team. This position involves operating manufacturing equipment, monitoring production processes, performing quality inspections, and ensuring products meet company standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
• Load materials and components into machines as required.
• Perform routine quality checks and inspections.
• Follow work orders, production schedules, and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report equipment malfunctions.
• Follow all safety guidelines and manufacturing standards.
• Assist with assembly, packaging, and other production duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
