Job Opening: Forklift Operator

We are seeking skilled Forklift Operators to join our Sparks warehouse team. This role requires proficiency in operating sit-down propane Crown lifts and strong material handling skills. Most of the shift will be spent on equipment, unloading pallets from trucks, staging product in designated areas, and reloading for outbound shipping as needed.

• Location: Sparks, NV
• Pay: $21.00/hr starting | Up to $23.00/hr after 90 days (based on performance)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Company Type: 3PL Warehouse

Key Responsibilities

• Operate sit down propane Crown forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Unload pallets from inbound trucks and stage them in specific warehouse locations.
• Reload staged product onto outbound trucks for shipping.
• Handle a variety of products including t shirts, museum toys, injection mold items, and solar panels.
• Follow all warehouse safety protocols and proper product handling procedures.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in staging and shipping operations.

Requirements

• Prior experience operating sit-down propane forklifts (Crown preferred).
• Strong knowledge of material handling and product care.
• Ability to spend the majority of the shift on equipment.
• Must be able to lift, move, and stage pallets safely.
