Position OverviewThe Production Assembler I plays a key role in building high-quality products while meeting production standards, customer specifications, and delivery requirements. This role operates under the direction of production supervision and follows established company policies and procedures. Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble products according to Engineering documents and quality standards.Operate a computer to review schedules and update job status.Perform operator-based Go/No-Go testing per established procedures.Monitor the quality of parts throughout the assembly process.Assist in training new team members and help resolve production inquiries.Perform material handling duties as needed.Recommend improvements to assembly processes to enhance productivity and quality.Communicate effectively with engineering to relay accurate information.Complete all required paperwork, documentation, and records.Participate in team meetings and group discussions.Follow all safety rules, work regulations, and maintain housekeeping standards.
