Warehouse Lead Needed on the East Side of El Paso
Pay Rate: $15/hr
Shift: 8am- 4:30pm Monday – Friday + OT as needed
Weekly Pay

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate forklift operators during shipping material loading and unloading activities.
- Ensure proper verification of packing lists against shipping and receiving materials.
- Oversee and support forklift operators handling documentation and tickets to be picked.
- Ensure all shipping shipments are audited thoroughly to avoid physical or system discrepancies.
- Manage and coordinate material pick requests for EPM, EPV, and MRO, KPI’s.
- Provide operational support as needed, especially during high-volume periods or staff absences.
- Operate a forklift and assist with physical tasks.
- Stand for prolonged periods when the operation requires it.
- Maintain basic administrative tasks using Office tools and Outlook.

- Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office and Outlook).
- Forklift operation certification or ability to obtain it.
- Ability to lift 20 lbs or more and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process compliance.
- Must be available to work weekends at the end of the month.
- Must have previous lead experience with a team of 10+
