Maintenance Technician

A Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of buildings, equipment, and facility systems to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings, machinery, and facility systems to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment involving electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and extend the life of assets.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, preventive maintenance activities, and inventory.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
• Assist with facility improvements, equipment installations, and special maintenance projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or facility maintenance preferred.
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move equipment and materials as required.
• Commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.

1st, 3rd and Weekend shift available 

Experience in industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or facility maintenance preferred
