Job Opening: Logistics Team Member

Employbridge is hiring a Logistics Team Member supports production and warehouse operations by assembling products, handling materials, operating forklifts, processing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Work Schedule

• Through August 2: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
• August 3 – October 4: 2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
• October 5 and beyond: 4:30 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using hand and air tools.
• Load, unload, pack, store, and move materials.
• Pull and process incoming and outgoing orders.
• Operate forklifts safely in shipping, receiving, and inventory areas.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality.
• Verify quantities, parts, and inventory accuracy.
• Meet production goals and complete required documentation.
• Maintain clean work areas.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards.
• Support teamwork and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of forklift experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required or obtainable upon hire.

Skills & Abilities

• Basic computer, reading, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and on a team.
• Flexibility to work changing schedules and overtime as needed.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and regularly lift up to 30 lbs
