Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule

Shift Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM

ProLogistix is seeking motivated individuals to join a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Jeffersonville, IN. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a clean, climate-controlled environment utilizing advanced automation and technology while building a long-term career in manufacturing

What You’ll Do

Operate highly automated manufacturing equipment

Monitor production processes and equipment performance

Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions

Perform product inspections and quality checks

Identify and report quality concerns or process deviations

Load and unload materials throughout the production process

Support equipment changeovers and production startups

What We’re Looking For

Manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operator, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and quality

Ability to follow written work instructions and procedures

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a 12-hour shift

Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday

Ability to bend, reach, squat, and stoop frequently

Ability to lift up to 15 pounds repeatedly

Ability to push carts weighing up to 30 pounds

Ability to work in a clean-room environment while wearing required PPE
