Job Opening: Pick and Pack

We are seeking reliable Picker & Packer Associates to support operations for a company serving the retail and food-service industry, offering ready-to-eat greens, pasta salads, dips, quiches, veggie trays, and fruit trays. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work in a cold-controlled environment.

• Pay: $19.50/hr
• Schedule: 7:00 AM start time
• Days Off: Sunday & Wednesday

Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking — Accurately pick products according to order sheets and customer requirements
• Packing & Labeling — Pack items securely, apply correct labels, and prepare orders for shipment
• Scanning & Inventory — Use scanners to track product movement and maintain inventory accuracy
• Cold Storage Work — Perform tasks inside a temperature-controlled facility
• Quality Checks — Inspect products for accuracy, freshness, and correct packaging
• Team Communication — Communicate effectively with leads, supervisors, and team members
• General Warehouse Support — Assist with staging, organizing, and maintaining a clean work area

Job Requirements

• Ability to work in cold environments
• Picking/packing experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to read and write in English
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
