Shipping Associate

Location: Livermore, CA

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Associate to support daily outbound operations, verify materials, and ensure accurate, efficient shipment processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify picked material is correct and matches pick ticket descriptions
• Consolidate, stage, and prepare orders for shipment
• Manage masterload orders to streamline freight processing
• Coordinate with sales/trade teams for export shipments
• Process small parcel and freight shipments using the LMS
• Enter and track shipments through customer portals and websites
• Schedule pickups with carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, freight/specialty carriers)
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned by lead or manager

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with LMS systems and carrier portals a plus
• Able to lift and move materials as required
