Pay and Schedule

• Pay: $19.50/hr
• Location: Aurora, CO
• Schedule: Wedensday-Sunday 6:00am-2:30pm

Responsibilities

·        Sort incoming boxes by UPC code and designated pallet locations.

·        Build and organize pallets according to shipping requirements.

·        Secure completed pallets using shrink wrap.

·        Move pallets safely throughout the warehouse using a manual pallet jack.

·        Verify product labels and maintain accuracy while sorting.

·        Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.

·        Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.

·        Meet daily production and quality expectations.

·        Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

·        Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.

·        Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

·        Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately sort products by UPC codes.

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.

·        Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·        Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a diverse, multilingual workplace.

·        Previous warehouse, production, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience is a plus but not required.
