Warehouse Associate – Quality Control / Inbound / Outbound

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support Quality Control, Inbound, and Outbound operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. Associates will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, receiving and shipping products, performing quality inspections, and operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect products for damage, defects, and accuracy.
• Verify quantities, packaging, and inventory records.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.
• Receive, unload, and process inbound shipments.
• Label and store inventory in designated locations.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify order accuracy and shipping documentation.
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory accuracy using RF scanners and warehouse systems.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Composite toe shoes required.
