Job Opening: Manufacturing Associate – $23-$24 2 2 3 Schedule

Location: Jeffersonville, IN

Pay Rate:

• Days: $23.00/hour
• Nights: $24.00/hour

Schedule: Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule
Shift Times:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment
• Ensure production processes run efficiently and meet quality standards
• Follow established work instructions and safety procedures
• Conduct quality inspections and verify product specifications
• Identify and communicate any production or quality concerns
• Load, move, and unload materials as needed
• Assist with equipment setups, changeovers, and startups

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, warehousing, or a related industrial setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new processes and technology
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for 12-hour shifts
• Perform repetitive motions throughout the workday
• Frequently bend, reach, squat, and stoop
• Lift up to 15 pounds on a regular basis
• Push carts weighing up to 30 pounds
• Work in a clean-room environment while wearing required PPE
