Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Cherry Picker, Stand-Up Reach Truck, and/or Order Picker forklift
• Pick and pull customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Retrieve, stock, and replenish inventory in warehouse racking systems
• Scan products using RF scanners and maintain inventory accuracy
• Transport materials throughout the warehouse while following safety procedures
• Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance or safety concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Meet productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced distribution setting

• Minimum of 6 months recent experience operating a Cherry Picker, Stand-Up Reach, or Order Picker forklift
• Ability to operate equipment at heights up to 30 feet
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of proper forklift operating and safety procedures
• Basic math, reading, and inventory tracking skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
