Job Opening: Sanitation – Baler Machine Experience

Prologistix is hiring an experienced sanitation professional with Baler Machine Experience for a distribution center in Wilkes Barre.

Duties:

• Clean warehouse utilizing a variety of equipment and products . Remove all refuse from offices and building daily.
• Wash and sweep inside of trailers.
• Clean break room and work areas.
• Maintain exterior property, keeping it clean and orderly. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Key Relationships: Peers-Coordinate with peers in order to complete sanitation duties accurately and safely. Group Coord Lead-Receive work assignments. Management-Receive direction for adhering to company policies, practices, and procedures.

Baler Machine:

• Operate baler machines safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures.
• Load materials into the baler and monitor compression processes.
• Tie, wrap, label, and transport completed bales to designated storage areas.
• Inspect materials for contaminants and ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance.
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Follow all OSHA, company safety, and environmental guidelines.
• Assist with warehouse, recycling, or production activities as needed.
