Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Reach Truck and Sit-Down Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team in Joliet and Elwood. This role is responsible for safely handling materials, moving inventory, and supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately
- Replenish inventory as needed
- Stage products for shipping and receiving
- Use RF scanners to track and manage inventory
- Operate reach trucks and sit-down forklifts in accordance with safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications
- Previous reach truck and/or sit-down forklift experience required
- Experience using RF scanners preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
