Pay: $12.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry & Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse environments, strong computer skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and basic English.
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems
- Manage email communications and perform general administrative tasks
- Perform basic Excel data entry and tracking
- Receive and process incoming merchandise
- Conduct product inspections and previews as required
- Repalletize and strap products for shipment
- Apply security seals and labels to outgoing shipments
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities
- Support daily warehouse operations
- Participate in inventory counts and warehouse organization
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with unloading bulk shipments when necessary (not a regular duty and typically not heavy lifting)
- Work inside trailers when needed for inventory verification and product handling
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with customs in Mexico
- Experience with inventory management and shipping/receiving processes
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices
